Position Overview: The Restaurant Hospitality Associate is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, ensuring guests receive outstanding service, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant. This role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Services:

Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant.

Provide guests with menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure all guests' needs are met, and their dining experience exceeds expectations.

Table Management:

Guide guests to their tables and provide them with necessary utensils and condiments.

Manage reservation system and waitlist, ensuring tables are available for arriving guests.

Monitor dining area to ensure seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

Food and Beverage Service:

Assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. - Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food item and service.

Resolve any issues regarding food or service promptly and courteously.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Ensure tables, dining area, and workstations are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitation regulations as per health and safety guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure that orders are served in a timely and accurate manner. - Assist in training new staff as required.
