Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties:

Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crew

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and quality control

Read and interpret blueprints or plans to ensure accurate construction

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Communicate with project managers, and clients

Manage material budgets, and timelines effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction management and supervision

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in quality control processes

Experience in supervising construction projects

Familiarity with project scheduling

Strong communication and leadership skills
