Retail Sales Associate needed. Full and Part-time.

Sales of hunting related products. Provide great customer service by greeting, consulting, and assisting customers with locating merchandise for their purchase.

Summer Hours: Monday-Saturday 9-5 (5 day work week). Winter Hours: Monday-Saturday 9-5, Sunday 11-6 (6 day work week).

Hourly Wage: Ranges $13.00 to 14:00 + experience.

Job Description:

Engage customers with a pleasant and helpful attitude each interaction.

Assist Customers with product selection.

Complete 4473 forms accurately and efficiently for gun sales.

Answer phones.

Learn about products we sell and their key features.

Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.

Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may at times include assisting in other departments.

Work as team member with co-workers.

Assist in maintaining overall department by cleaning, straightening, and recording inventory.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Good verbal & written communication.

Must posses customer service skills, math skills, writing skills.

Basic Knowledge of computers.

Be detailed oriented,

Sales experience helpful - Will Train.

The ability to work closely with customers and Co-workers.

Multi-tasking abilities.

Must be flexible with job description. May need to clean/stock shelves, run the cash register, and do additional jobs.

Education and Training: High School Diploma or GED are recommended.

Additional Requirements:

Must provide references.

Must pass Criminal Background Check.

Must posses a Valid PA Driver's License.

Must pass random drug screening.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Shift: 8 hour shift, Day shift.
