Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Overview Gregson-Clark is a leading manufacturer of commercial sprayers and liquid handling equipment for professional lawn care, tree care and many other industries. We are based in Caledonia, NY with sales nationwide. Our current Bookkeeper/Office Manager is retiring. This is a full-time position; however, the hours can be flexible. We offer paid training, health insurance, IRA, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

All office operations including but not limited to:

-A/R, A/P, Banking, General Ledger, In-house Payroll, H.R., Sales Tax Returns, Compliance reports and audits, Filing

Requirements

-AAS Accounting degree or equivalent experience -Microsoft Word & Excel -Sage 50 experience a plus -Strong attention to detail -Able to work in a fast-growing team environment -Communicate effectively and closely with owners, managers and sales team -In house (not remote) Flexible 30-40 hours per M-F week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
