Brick Oven Bakery is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Part-Time Caf Team Member to join our team.

Our caf is busy and fast-paced, so were looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays productive, and can move quickly while still providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

What Youll Do

Greet and assist guests with friendly, attentive service

Take orders and operate the POS system

Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages

Work the drive-through and front counter

Package and serve pastries, bakery items, and caf food

Restock cups, lids, paper products, beverages, and other supplies

Keep counters, dining areas, workstations, and equipment clean and organized

Wash dishes and assist with general caf cleanup

Help wherever needed during busy periods

Work as part of a team to keep service running quickly and smoothly

What Were Looking For

Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests

Dependable and punctual

Able to work quickly in a high-volume environment

Willing to learn and take direction

Able to notice what needs to be done and jump in without always being asked

Comfortable switching between different caf positions throughout a shift

Previous caf, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required

Availability

Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work weekends as part of their regular schedule this includes Sundays. Additional weekday shifts may also be available.

This is a great position for someone who likes staying busy, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a small, locally owned bakery caf.
