Implement and enhance Compas, LabelNow, Optimization. (25% of the time)

Leverage Gramont proprietary SAP technology such as SAP PLM, SAP ABAP and SAP BTP ABAP on cloud platform as well as experience on enterprise architecture and the Gramont products.

Design and build these solutions and apply his product as well as architectural knowledge to implement these applications for the U.S. market.

Lead development and consulting teams implementing Gramont products for customers in the U.S. market. (15%)

Leverage implementation experience in the Food and Life Science industry to Plan and Lead implementation projects.

Interview customer subject matter experts to devise PLM strategies, roadmaps, prepare functional specifications for developments and prepare solution architecture diagrams.

Lead Pre-Sales engagements for North American Market of U.S. and Canada, leveraging his industry and product knowledge as well as enterprise architecture knowledge to lead pre-sales engagements with the Managing Partner of Gramont LLC in the U.S. and Canada. (10%)

Prepare responses for Customer RFPs for PLM, labeling and Regulatory solutions.

Organize and lead solution demos for Food and Life Science Customers.

Closely cooperate with SAP North America's Solution Engineering department to perform Go to Market activities.

Define Product and Platform strategy utilizing his industry specific knowledge and technology knowledge gained in all the implementation and development projects in the past to define our product roadmap. (10%)

Prepare platform and solution roadmaps for On Premise and Private Cloud Scenarios.

Work with Customers to Define their PLM Vision and High Level Strategy.

Ensure data migration and consolidation and perform data migration and consolidation activities. (10%)

Prepare data migration and remediation plans for implementation projects.

Execute Mock Data loads and manage Project Cutovers.

Manage architectural review and perform architectural reviews for Gramont solutions as well as solution extensions. (5%)

Present Solution and Enterprise Architecture plans to Customer Enterprise Architecture Boards.

Prepare ARM documentation.

Build and train a team of consultants and technical experts who can implement Gramont products in the U.S. market. (15%)

Work with recruitment to identify and hire employees to support consulting, development and pre-sales activities for the North America Market.

Set up internal teams and define training path for Junior Resources.

Identify Resource requirements and work with Talent mgmt. on defining the right hiring strategy.

Manage the Technical Team. (10%)

Manage U.S. based and remote (Argentina, Hungary, Germany) Technical Team resources to support project implementation, software development and enhancements for customers.

Manage project assignments and resource planning for technical resources.

Job Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, SAP Consulting, or a closely-related occupation.

Must possess at least three years of experience in the following skills:

SAP Product Lifecycle Management (SAP PLM)

SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)

SAP Signavio (BPM Tool)

SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and S/4Hana Supply Chain Software Suite

SAP BTP Platform
