*The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with hotel

standards. This role also assists in the hotel laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. The Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, safe,

and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Rooms

Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms

Replenish guest amenities, towels, and supplies

Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing or damaged items, reporting concerns promptly

Public and Common Areas

Clean and maintain public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, and employee areas

Ensure all areas are neat, orderly, and presentable throughout the day

Laundry Operations

Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently

Fold, sort, and organize linens, towels, and other hotel laundry items

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room

General Responsibilities

Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures

Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and responsibly

Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times

Work cooperatively with other housekeeping staff, maintenance, and front desk teams

Perform additional cleaning or support tasks as assigned*
