Job Title:Construction Worker

Key Responsibilities:

Execute high-quality carpentry work, including framing, trim, and cabinetry installation.

Assist in structural work, utility installation, grading, and landscaping as needed.

Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Valid OSHA 10 card (must possess or be willing to obtain immediately upon hire).

Ability to operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

Strong work ethic and a passion for building and construction.

Experience in construction (1 year for assistants; 5 years for carpenters) preferred.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
