Description:

Assist with preparation and sending out invoices to clients for monthly billing cycle.

Run and provide reports from accounting system as needed.

Answers client phone calls and emails regarding invoice or billing questions.

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.

Provides information to clients by answering questions and requests.

Cross training with Receptionist and office Runners.

Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Provides administrative support and work closely with attorneys and staff members for requested tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education.

At least 1 year of administrative experience.

At least 1 year of experience with billing/accounts receivables, preferably in a law firm.

Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Bilingual (preferred)

Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
