Global Stone and Tile, LLC, located in Vineyard, Utah (801-224-1033), is seeking five (5) temporary, full-time Construction Laborers for work in Vancouver, Washington. Employment will begin on April 1, 2026, and end on November 30, 2026.

DUTIES: Workers will perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all @types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.

Must be 18 due to equipment use. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs (possible 2-person). All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. May work outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat/cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and /or overtime.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Workers will be paid no less than $27.95/hr. Overtime hours will be paid at $41.93/hr. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Overtime and weekends may be available depending on weather and work load. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the company shop or may report directly to worksite if indicated by employer. Employer will then provide each crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations. Work will be performed at Vancouver, Washington. No education required. 3 months experience required in construction. The employer will provide optional housing at no cost to H-2B and corresponding workers only when workers are unable to reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the workday.

Employer will make all deductions required by law from each paycheck. Workers will be paid biweekly by check. Raises and/or bonuses at employer's discretion. Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates. Opportunity for higher pay dependent upon experience.

Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment will be reimbursed if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts.
