Franklin D. Azar & Associates, Colorado's largest plaintiff-focused personal injury firm, is hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting attorneys on impactful personal injury and appellate cases where your work directly makes a difference.

What You'll Do

Manage all stages of personal injury litigation: pleadings, motions, discovery, disclosures, trial prep, and appeals

Draft and review legal correspondence and case documentation, including demands and negotiation support

Obtain, organize, and analyze medical records and other case evidence

E-file with Colorado Courts E-Filing, CM/ECF, and PACER

Maintain deadlines, calendars, and case files with precision

Work closely with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel to move cases forward

What We're Looking For

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)

Paralegal certificate required

Strong knowledge of Colorado litigation procedures and appellate practice

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Westlaw, and court e-filing systems

Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills

A detail-driven, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
