We are looking for a dedicated and organized

Customer Service Representativewho excels at coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish to join our team!

Position Summary:The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, schedules service appointments, and manages concerns. This role also includes inside sales responsibilities by offering services and products to the clients based on their needs. The CSR works closely with service teams to ensure timely solutions while maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to company growth.

Work Hours:8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime in busy seasons may be required

Pay Range:$15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs. On average, employees can earn an additional $1,000 or more per month in spiffs, depending on performance.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Exceptional customer service skills

1-2 years inside sales, call center, or telemarketing experience is highly preferred

Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus

Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong computer skills and ability to @type a minimum of 30 wpm

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong attention to detail

Positive "can do" attitude

Must be able to multi-task
