Job Summary

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordinated operation of all retail functions and retail locations in the council. The Retail Sales Manager works collaboratively with other members of the council management team to establish sales objectives, and to develop and implement annual sales, expense and profit plans. The Retail Sales Manager also develops the annual marketing plans to promote and stimulate the sale of Girl Scout merchandise while meeting the needs of girls, adult members, employed staff and visitors.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years' relevant experience.

Strong collaborative skills with demonstrated experience partnering with different departments and the ability to coach and develop high-performance teams.
