JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a key cross-functional role in coordinating the execution of Gilleys property-wide marketing programs. This includes compiling and managing all promotional programming inputs (casino promotions, entertainment, and F&B), supporting loyalty program administration, and overseeing the operational rollout of multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

This position ensures that Gilleys marketing calendar, campaign messaging, and database-driven communications are executed accurately, on time, and aligned across all touchpoints including direct mail, email, in-venue signage, and digital platforms. The role also supports administrative functions related to the Play Gilleys Loyalty Club, including inventory, scheduling, and systems coordination.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Collect, organize, and maintain a centralized property programming calendar, including casino promotions, entertainment, F&B, and special events.

Partner with agency and internal teams to execute direct mail and email campaigns, providing inputs, approvals, and QA across templates and creative assets.

Support the implementation and scheduling of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines, brand standards, and operational accuracy.

Assist with campaign data coordination, including list management, segmentation, and content accuracy across player databases.

Serve as a key liaison between Gilleys and agency partners for marketing production and calendar planning.

Coordinate the development of marquee messaging, player kiosks, and in-venue signage for marketing and loyalty campaigns.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Play Gilleys Loyalty Club, including promotional fulfillment, inventory, tracking, and procedural documentation.

Assist in preparing event and campaign performance summaries, pulling data from internal teams and systems to support ROI evaluation.

Support special project coordination related to marketing systems, vendor onboarding, and campaign reporting infrastructure.

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on continuous improvement of campaign workflow, guest communications, and loyalty program execution.
