Job Summary

Full time with benefits

Reports to controller

Salaries position

Salary range ($50-$80k) dependent on experience and knowledge of the job.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee accounts payables

Oversee accounts receivable

Process hourly payroll

Assist with inventory reconciliations

Assist with month end closing

Assist with budgeting/forecasting

Assist with financial reporting

Managing BWC payments and true ups

Sale & Use tax filing

CAT tax filing

Unclaimed funds filing

1099 filing

Job Requirements

Strong analytical/ quantitative skills

Ability to develop action plans and follow up to completion

Knowledge of general accounting principles

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

Strong organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff at various levels

Attention to detail and accuracy are a must

Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

Be a good listener

Bachelors of Arts in Accounting

2+ years of accounting experience
