Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to diagnose dental health conditions and plan appropriate treatments.
Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures, including implant-supported restorations.
Design treatment plans focused on long-term oral health with an emphasis on restorative and implant dentistry.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide effective patient care during treatments.
Maintain detailed records of patient care and treatment plans according to compliance and clinic requirements
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and strategize on service improvements.

Requirements

Licensed Dentist in the state of Arizona or able to obtain licensure in Arizona before employment begins.
Experience in restorative dentistry; however, new graduates who demonstrate clinical confidence are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in restorative dental procedures with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills with both the dental team and patients.
A patient-centered approach to dental care and a genuine commitment to developing long-term patient relationships.
Dedication to continuing education in dental practices, especially in restorative and implant dentistry.
Ability to work effectively within a team and positively contribute to the collaborative environment.
