We are interviewing qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Store Manager for our showroom located at 3210 3rdAve West. REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of Retail Sales Experience

1+ years of Management Experience (Retail Management Experience a plus)

1+ years of Cash Handling Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a solid base of retail sales and management experience, and possesses a high level of demonstrated skills in Sales, Training, Operations and Sales Management. Compensation ranges from 45-55k+ for ASMs, based on a combination of hourly pay and monthly bonuses, dependent on your measured ability to:

consistently achieve your own fair share of your personal sales goal

recruit, hire, and train staff at all levels of operations, product knowledge, sales and customer service

manage store operations that are executed at a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy

control and improve controllable variable expenses, including improvements in labor and productivity

manage sales staff to operate at a very high level of customer service AND sales/profitability
