Description

SUMMARY:An intern will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the department.RESPONSIBILITIES:-The intern will gain a basic understanding of the railroad industry, including industry structure and some competitive dynamics. -The intern will also gain an understanding of G&W's processes, procedures, and systems.

-Assist with monitoring outstanding accounts and reach out on overdue balances.

-Prepare and send statements and follow-up communications via email and phone.

-Work closely with the finance, billing, and customer service teams.
