Work Youll do:

The Vice President, Finance and Operations will play a pivotal role in collaborating with and supporting the International Private Bank (IPB) and BLG Executive Functions, IPB Fund Administration, and IPB FPandA/Accounting departments. This role is tasked with providing strategic guidance and leadership to ensure the effective operation and financial stewardship of these critical functions. The VP, Finance and Operations will have reporting lines to Mike Allietta (CEO) and Brian Benoit (CFO) at International Private Bank, with a dotted line reporting relationship to Darren Keller (BLG CEO).

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Administration

Manage the Reporting Mailbox daily

Maintain schedules, trackers, lists, and workpapers

Update investment portfolio transactions in FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran) based on third party notices

Update valuations according to third party statements on a regular schedule

Validate investment performance against third party statements

Investigate variances, provide support, and suggest recommendations

Follow up with Investment Managers and General Partners

Reconcile cash weekly and monthly based on third party statements

Initiate payment requests to Treasury departments

Prepare and review weekly reports

Distribute monthly and quarterly reports to internal and external clients

Prepare and distribute quarterly capital calls and monthly distributions for the IPB Co-Investment Program

Assist in annual audits across departments and entities

Complete annual audit for Stirling Investment Holdings, including Whitehall Investments

Review team members' work and assist in training

Accounting

Accounting responsibilities for BLG, BLG-CA, SFF, CLF, YHG Holdings, etc
