Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for dependable and hardworking construction laborers to assist with various tasks on construction sites. As a construction laborer, you will play a vital role in helping our team complete projects on time and to the highest standards. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and preparing construction sites

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on job sites

Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures

Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes

Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment

Operate hand tools and power tools safely.

Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans

Remove, fill, or compact earth

Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly

Report any hazards or safety concerns to supervisors.

Comply with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in construction or labor-intensive work is preferred, but not required.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
