Job Summary

As a Lamination Manufacturing Associate, you will play a key role in the production process of molded and laminated products. Youll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and working with various teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment used for **roto-molded and

blow-molded** products

Ensure product quality by adhering to specifications and standards

Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and logistics teams

to meet production goals

Troubleshoot production issues and assist in resolving product

defects

Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety-compliant work

environment**

Support inventory control and reporting as needed

Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an

associate degree preferred

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with

molded products, is highly desirable

Familiarity with adhesives, sealants, or roofing membranes is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical

drawings and use measuring tools

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part

of a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Fast-paced manufacturing plant environment with moderate noise

and temperature variation

Must be able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and

stand for long periods

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
