Position Summary In this newly created role, the Administrative Assistant will support management across multiple areas including Finance, Human Resources, Operations, IT and Corporate Administration. This role will interact daily with employees across all functions of the business---locally and with European colleagues---requiring strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Finance Support:

Assist with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable processes

Support financial processes within SAP Business One

Assist in developing and maintaining operational and financial reporting tools and processes

Administrative & HR Support:

Assist with travel planning and expense reporting

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining company policies and procedures

Support coordination of employee training and HR processes

Operational Support:

Manage office supply ordering and facility operations, including upkeep and maintenance

Assist with customer and employee engagement activities

Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed across the organization

Required Qualification

Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field---or equivalent experience

1--3 years administrative experience supporting finance or operations teams

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work with confidential information with discretion

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP system
