Salary Range: Up to $15.56/hour - pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job-related factors

Responsibilities

Responsible for scanning and digitally storing physical documents into a computer system, ensuring accurate data entry and proper file management within an electronic imaging database, involving tasks like indexing, quality checks, and maintaining document integrity.

Works closely with a small team of peers to receive incoming correspondence (physical mail, emails, faxes), prepare correspondence to be scanned to digital images, verify images, research and correct errors.

Operates and maintains office equipment

Occasionally lift up to 30lbs

Perform additional duties as required by management

Qualifications

What We Look for in a Candidate:

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Able to work onsite and remote as scheduled

Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone

Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us

Task focused, quality minded, data entry experience a plus
