The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating CNC Mills. Short run production.

Type: Full-Time

Hours: 6:00AM - 4:30 PM, Monday -- Friday. (2) Saturdays per month (5 hours)

**Primary Responsibilities

Independently operate CNC Mills.

Use standard measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gages) to ensure accuracy.

Accurately interpret blueprints and process drawings.

Demonstrate knowledge of machining and technology.

Assist with tooling, programming and setup.

Work overtime (50-55 hours weekly as needed).

Experience in machine maintenance is a plus.

Offer suggestions for continuous process improvement.

**Education And Experience

High School Graduate or GED

6+ years of experience preferred
