G & J Trucking, Inc., a trusted name in the Monee community for 30 years, is looking for a skilled and reliable Refrigerated Truck Driver to join our local delivery team. Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A or B straight truck or tractor-trailer with a refrigerated unit.
Transport temperature-controlled products (e.g., food, produce) to customers in the Chicagoland and surrounding areas.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and refrigeration unit are in optimal working condition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, delivery documentation, and temperature records.
Monitor and adjust trailer temperatures as required to protect the integrity of the cargo.
Provide professional and courteous service to all customers during pick-up and delivery.
Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
Adhere to all company safety standards, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*
Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver\'s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
Refrigerated/food delivery experience is a STRONG PLUS.
A valid Medical Examiner\'s Certificate (DOT Card).
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle loading/unloading as needed (pallet jack provided).
