The Retail Associate / Rental Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the sales, rental, and service departments. This position assists customers with equipment and product sales, coordinates rental reservations, processes work orders, answers incoming phone calls, maintains showroom inventory, and provides exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist customers with retail sales and product inquiries

Schedule, process, and coordinate equipment rentals

Create, update, and close customer work orders

Open and close internal work orders for company-owned equipment

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Stock, organize, and maintain retail inventory

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment

Support daily operations of the sales, rental, and service departments

Accurately enter customer and transaction information into company software

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous customer service, retail, equipment rental, or office experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed

Compensation: Based on experience
