Core responsibilities

Customer interaction: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs and preferences, and provide personalized advice on furniture selection.

Product expertise: Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of all merchandise, including features, benefits, materials, and customization options.

Sales process: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and payment plans, process sales agreements, and finalize transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Customer relations: Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction, build lasting relationships, and foster repeat business.

Showroom maintenance: Assist with merchandising by arranging displays, organizing the sales floor, and keeping the showroom clean and visually appealing.

Logistics coordination: Facilitate custom orders, delivery schedules, and return or exchange processes for customers.

Target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Essential skills and qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively and clearly articulate product details.

Customer service: A customer-centric and empathetic attitude with a strong focus on enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Sales skills: Persuasion and negotiation abilities, as well as a strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
