We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Expeditor to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared, organized, and delivered to customers promptly and accurately. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

Duties

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders.

Assist in the food preparation process, including cooking and assembling dishes as needed.

Manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Buss tables and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a tidy dining environment.

Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Collaborate with team members to enhance overall efficiency in food service operations.

Skills

Experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in roles such as cook or kitchen staff.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with kitchen staff and customers.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.

A proactive attitude towards helping team members and enhancing guest experiences.

Familiarity with bussing techniques and general restaurant operations is a plus.
