Responsible for prospecting and generating new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participation in local events within Brevard County and surrounding areas. Conducts in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate impact window and door solutions in accordance with Florida Building Code requirements, energy efficiency standards, and design preferences. Prepares and presents quotes, contracts, and financing options, and explains the full project lifecycle, including permitting and installation.Maintains ongoing customer relationships to support closing efforts and referral generation, while meeting established sales targets. Tracks sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM and coordinates with installation and administrative teams to ensure a smooth project handoff. Travels locally within the assigned service area as needed.

Job Duties:

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, home shows, and targeted outreach in the local trade areas.

Schedule and conduct in-home or on-site sales consultations and product demonstrations for residential homeowners and commercial property managers.

Assess customer needs, recommend appropriate impact window and door solutions based on Florida Building Code requirements, energy efficiency ratings, and aesthetic preferences.

Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and financing options (including partnership programs with Enhancify).

Explain the full project lifecycle, including permitting, in-house installation by manufacturer-trained crews, and post-installation clean-up.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high closing rates and generate referrals.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, new product lines, and changes to Florida hurricane-impact standards.

Collaborate with the installation and administrative teams to ensure seamless project handoff and customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the company CRM.

Travel locally within the service area.
