Assist PM in conducting construction observations to ensure compliance with the projects plans and specifications

Attend construction progress meetings and pre-work conferences

Assist in reviewing quality assurance and quality control testing

Assist in reviewing submittals and log requests for information, log and forward Engineers supplemental instruction

Assist in reviewing change proposals, pay applications and recommend for payment (with engineers approval), Review and monitor construction schedule

Assist in preparing FAA monthly progress reports

Assist engineer with substantial completion activities

Assist in reviewing operation and maintenance manuals

Assist in reviewing and attending project closeout activities including final engineers report and the upkeep of as-built drawings as required by the Owner.

Coordinate and schedule meetings with the Constructability Review Team, clients, owners, designers, and sub-contractors

Manage the project team, including task delegation and work schedules

Assist in coordination of reports and verify completeness and addressed by team members, client owner, and designers in a timely manner, to not hinder the project schedule.

Distribute, manage, and verify constructability review documents and complete and completed in a timely manner, to not hinder the project schedule.

Verify all constructability documents are accounted for.

Assisting with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables.

Assist in managing the review and scope and budget for compliance.

Supporting the project manager in the coordination of project team meetings.

Develop meeting minutes and distribute.

Assist in performing constructability review.

Produce monthly status reports
