Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. is seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience (preferred) to support attorneys in a variety of civil litigation matters.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities. This role involves working on cases related to professional liability defense, business and commercial litigation, professional negligence, personal injury, insurance coverage, and premises liability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage case files and assist with case organization and tracking

Schedule meetings, hearings, and deadlines; maintain accurate calendars

Prepare and manage document production and filings in State and Federal courts

Ensure timely responses to court deadlines and procedural requirements

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience (preferred)

Familiarity with State and Federal court procedures and filing systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently

Proficiency in legal software and document management tools
