Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Management: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Product Knowledge and Promotion: Become an expert on our range of products to effectively educate and inform clients about our offerings. Provide demonstrations and detailed information to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet and exceed company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations with clients to close sales deals. Prepare and present proposals, follow up on potential leads, and handle objections efficiently to secure business.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a high level of trust and customer care.

Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports to track progress and provide insights to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on strategies and to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in wholesale or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of the restaurant equipment industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in both English and Spanish

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
