JOB DUTIES: Use metrics and reporting to guide area of responsibility to help coordinators complete work, improve and deliver in accordance with standard operating procedures. Coach and support new peer team members to ensure they ramp up quickly to required productivity standards. Represent the companys value proposition by leading shipment execution for new clients and opportunities. Review logistics data from customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements. Escalate and determine need for approval. Identify inefficiencies and assist with building scalable procedures to ensure the team is delivering the highest levels of efficiency and productivity for customers. Close out shift and confirm with key stakeholders of tasks that are completed, not completed and problem areas.

Report on teams performance to managers. Ensure that any special operations process such as hot shipments, peak focus, and at risk shipments are run and completed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related discipline, or foreign equivalent, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience must include two (2) years of each of the following: ?

Practicing vendor management. ?

Analyzing logistics data to strategically track performance. ?

supply chain. ?

Using customer service skills to drive logistics processes.

RATE OF PAY: The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training. The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.) $54,400 - $81,600 USD.
