We are seeking a skilled and motivatedIndustrial Maintenance Mechanicto join our team. This role is primarily responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment including presses, plating systems, paint line conveyors, compressors, and related mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain equipment throughout the facility including

polish heads, plating hoists, pumps, presses, paint line conveyor systems, and compressors

Maintain and troubleshoot motor control systems including pneumatic,

mechanical, and hydraulic systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with Power & Free systems

and equipment rack

Read and accurately interpret blueprints and schematics

Perform welding for repair work as needed

Safely operate cranes, hoists, forklifts, and aerial work platforms

up to 60 feet

Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as

mechanical, welding, fabrication, and pipefitting

Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize

equipment downtime

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all

safety and quality standards

Work in variable temperatures indoors and outdoors ranging from

subzero to 150F

Wear required PPE including respirator and Level B chemical suit

when necessary

Employees are required to provide their own tools

Other duties as assigned

Shift is 812 hours. May work overtime up to 1016 hours. Two 10-minute breaks per shift and a 20-minute meal break. Employees are paid for the entire time they are clocked in and do not clock out for breaks if taken on campus.
