Job Description:

Background:

Works under general direction of Supply Chain Manager

Perform duties directly related to customer service

Supports the sales team and sales goals of the company

Tasks:

Enter customer orders with accuracy

Answer phone and email inquiries regarding order status and order tracking

Prepare ground shipments, including boxing rubber tiles and order tracking

File and maintain office documents

Create shipping labels for the production floor

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manner

Perform other administrative and clerical office duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

1-2 years' experience in data entry preferred

Ability to speak with customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Experience in a manufacturing environment. Rubber or plastics industry preferred.

Lift up to 50 lbs

Be organized and self-motivated

Adapt to rapidly changing priorities based on business needs

Work independently within a team environment

Follow established policies and procedures
