We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records.

Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Provide customer support through effective phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.

Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Support the team with administrative experience in areas such as personal assistance or medical reception duties.

Skills

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is essential for success in this position.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Effective time management skills to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proficiency in Applied EPIC is a huge plus

Bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with diverse clients, but not expected

Familiarity with filing systems, data entry processes, and general office procedures will be beneficial.
