Under the direction of the Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for performing routine daily processing duties. Promotes business for the Bank by serving every customer in a friendly, efficient manner.

Position location- 301 E. Main, Carbondale, IL

Skills Required

High School diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge of loan documents & loan process is preferred. Basic

knowledge of bank accounting practices includes the understanding of debit/credit relationships; math skills to calculate interest, balance accounts and locate routine mathematical errors.

Proficient in Excel and Word.

Proficient use of adding machine.

Attention to Detail & Accuracy a must.

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to gain working knowledge and understanding of principles,

procedures, requirements, regulations and policies related to assigned areas.

Ability to display initiative to independently learn and apply

skills to improve errors and overall servicing quality.

Travel is required to other locations to fulfill this position.
