Field Control Analytics (FCA) is currently searching for two employees who will be assigned to our client's construction site, assisting with safety orientations, drug screening, and issuing RFID worker badges, as well as other administrative functions.

With over 20 years of experience and continuous improvement methods, Field Control Analytics has grown to be a nationally recognized provider of jobsite access control systems with a concentration in workforce monitoring and reporting. Field Control Analytics exists solely to assist the construction community in ensuring that unqualified workers do not gain access to the jobsite.

These positions include daily interaction with clients. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, and engaging. Reliable transportation and a valid state-issued ID is required.

Schedule: Mornings into afternoon, Monday thru Friday, approximately 6:00 am to 11:00 am and 8:00 am to 1pm, hours may vary depending upon orientation daily flow.

Job Type: ByAssignment, part-time, ASAP thru approximately October 2028, on-site position.

Pay Range: $18.00-19.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Create worker profiles and distribute site badges

Review discrepancies with data provided

Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Perform drug screening on-site

Qualifications:

Previous experience in data entry or other related fields

Excellent and accurate typing skills

Excels working in high volume, fast paced environments

Strong organizational and communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Calm and levelheaded under pressure

Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
