Date and Time: Tuesday, June 10th | 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Wednesday, June 11th | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Shift: 2nd Shift in our PER Department (4 PM until completion) This role is in a consistently cold environment, essential for keeping our products fresh and safe, similar to working in a large walk-in fridge.

Pay Model:Base Rate| Production incentives, the harder you work, the more you can make!

Equipment Use:Prior Experience with forklift, clamp truck, and electric pallet jack is a plus.

Onboarding Requirements:Offer letter, background check, and hair follicle drug test (small sample required)

Responsibilities include:

In a fast-paced environment, safely and efficiently unload tractor trailers delivering product to our distribution warehouses

Use a variety of forklifts to remove product from trailers

Break down pallets and restack cases onto new pallets - this is where the manual labor comes in

All other duties as assigned

Please note this is not a travel position and you should live local to the site.

Qualifications Required:

Experience:

Prior experience as a warehouse associate is preferred

Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.) or other relevant experience such as landscaping, construction, roofing, roadwork etc

Skills/Knowledge:

Good verbal/written communication skills

Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication

Willingness to work the required schedule.

Basic math skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co-workers, management, and customers

Ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment:

This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Warehouse environment with extreme heat and cold temperatures

Work in temperatures as low as -20 degrees in cold storage sites or up to 110 degrees in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push and squat most of the workday

Handle cases weighing from 25 to 80 pounds and can expect to handle between 50 and 200+ pallets on any given day

The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms or alarms) in moderate to loud work environments

Education:

We believe that skills and experience are what truly matter. While education can be a valuable asset, it is not a strict requirement for success in this role
