Duties

Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience

Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively

Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings

Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with diverse clientele

Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions or upgrades

Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions

Receiving garments and accurately tag, inspect, and enter orders into the system.

Assemble completed orders and ensure garments are retuned accurately

Help maintain a clean and organized front counter and laundry mat area

Requirements

Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base

Exceptional communication skills---both verbal and written---along with active listening abilities

Strong analysis skills to understand customer issues quickly and provide effective resolutions

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Knowledge of sales techniques, call etiquette, and client service best practices

Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
