Support POS software, hardware development cycle to include requirement-based analysis and involvement in troubleshooting and deployment of POS software for the clients.

Implement the SDLC software designed with the Companys owner and help to design software coding with the owners application and suggest a designed proposal to the client.

Develop conceptual, logical, and physical network designs and set up a complete network from Client POS to online cloud application along with maintenance of project reporting systems. Design the user-friendly front end for the end user and synchronize the client POS live sale data using Java cloud connectivity interphase plate farm.

Analyze work requests from customers for retail application changes, assess risks, assist the team in developing technical solutions, and mentor other team members in applications and technical skills. Participate in addressing Production support failure incidents /Root Cause Analysis with DBA team and provide direction in problem resolution.

Need to perform functional testing, interpretation, and analysis of results of tests. In case of any issue during the system function, they provide technical support for POS help desk.
