This job opening is for the front desk receptionist for a manufacturing facility located in Granbury, Tx. We do have occasional walk-in sales, but mostly our customers contact us via phone, fax, or email with their orders. We take pride in providing excellent customer service, so it is critical that orders are entered correctly to minimize mistakes in shipping. We are looking for someone with amazing attention to detail to add to our team. Having a high accuracy rate for data entry is the most important trait for this job. If you are the @type of person that double checks your own work before submitting it or cringes at typos and poor grammar you see online, then we want to hear from you. The ideal person will also be friendly, have great phone etiquette, and will be a team player willing to jump in and help where needed. Greeting customers and answering phones

Taking orders and entering them into the computer system

Checking orders entered by others for accuracy

Process payment for walk in customers or pay over phone orders

Counting in and putting away new apparel and accessories

Keeping the accessories room stocked so customers can shop

Keeping backstock of apparel and accessories organized

Pulling hats, shirts, and other accessories for orders that are preparing to be shipped

Acts as shipping clerk (fed ex, UPS, and USPS software) one day per week and serves as back up when normal shipping clerk is out

Requirements:

High School Diploma or higher

Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Typing speed of 40 WPM or greater with high accuracy

Must be able to work full time Monday-Friday.
