Responsibilities and Duties

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

People-oriented

Self-motivated

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to multi-task

Experience in marketing

Ability to conduct interviews in the office

Property and Casualty license

Life and Health license

Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

Currently

possess General Lines Property and Casualty and Life and Health License

Desire to make a difference in clients' lives

Able to work independently, within a team, and be coached

Have a commitment to excellence

Problem-solving ability

Pleasant and professional telephone manner

Respond to inquiries, work requests (including cancellations), and sales requests in specified time frame
