Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.

Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our range of insurance products and services, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance, to effectively advise clients.

Customized Solutions: Analyze clients' current coverage and financial situation to recommend appropriate policies and ensure comprehensive protection.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients to enhance their coverage portfolio.

Policy Administration: Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support throughout the insurance process.

Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies to maintain the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required. A strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving targets are advantageous.

Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain the necessary state insurance licenses in Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and explain insurance products to clients.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Self-Motivation: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and takes initiative to achieve goals.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using technology and software for managing client information and processing insurance transactions.
