Weekend shift availability for our North East (16428) facility! (3) 12 hour day shifts, Friday through Sunday. Weekend shift employees are paid an additional 4 hours for good attendance each week. Please note, all new hires for the weekend shift will need to train on 1st shift until ready to move to the weekend.

If you're new to manufacturing and have a strong desire to learn, have little to no experience working in powder coating and want to develop a career in manufacturing, our utility positions are for you!

F3 provides a $13 base wage (depending upon experience), plus a team performance incentive each pay period.

Must Haves

Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 200+ lbs. in a team lift or with equipment assistance Ability to walk, bend, stoup, crouch, kneel, climb, stand for 10 hours Ability to work in high temperatures Ability to communicate needs and concerns in a timely manner Ability to read and understand process sheets Ability to hear horns, buzzers, and an intercom page Ability to wear proper PPE- safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and steel or safety toe shoes or boots

Good To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing facility Powder Coating or powder coating line experience Attendance - Observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record Behavior - Follows company policies, procedures and work conduct rules Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week once on weekend shift
