JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Laborer at FW Walton plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including the movement, organization, and tracking of materials and equipment. This position is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing hands-on tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Coordinate, move, and organize materials and equipment within the warehouse/yard.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks; verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Support inventory control activities, including stock checks, cycle counts, and data entry.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.

Safely operate warehouse equipment.

Inspect products and shipments to ensure accuracy and meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors to accomplish daily operational goals.

Deliver equipment and materials to and from jobsites pulling a trailer.

Other duties may be assigned, to support team and business operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Authorized to work in the United States

Valid Texas Drivers License

Bilingual a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed primarily in a warehouse/yard setting, which may be subject to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment.

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs. Use of ladders, pallet jacks, and forklifts may be required.

Fast-paced environment, especially during peak shipping and receiving periods.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety shoes, and eye protection, in accordance with OSHA safety policies.

Regular interaction with warehouse team members, supervisors, and delivery personnel; teamwork and communication are essential.
