Express is now hiring for an Administrative Assistant at a Full-Service Sales and Maintenance Center company based out of Olympia, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM to start. The position is expected to transition into a full-time role. The compensation for this position will be $20/hr.

Job Duties:

Perform accurate computer data entry for sales, service, and inventory record.

Answer and manage multiple phone lines, directing calls to appropriate departments and providing excellent customer service.

Input data from vehicle titles and maintain proper documentation for compliance and accuracy.

Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution of documents.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating communication between departments.

Provide general office support, including scanning, copying, and maintaining office supplies.

Job Requirements:

Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.

Automotive industry experience a plus, but not required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail for data entry and paperwork accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with balancing credit and debit transactions is a plus.

Successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
