The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism and efficiency. From managing inquiries and processing orders to collaborating with our team, you will play an important role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Set up new customer accounts; update existing customer accounts in CRM databases

Receive, review and process customer orders and requests

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods

Communicate and coordinate with members of all departments as required

Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution

Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure satisfaction Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

2-4 years of experience in customer service support is preferred

Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable and reliable, with attention to detail and willingness to learn

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems 320
