The

Accounts Payable is responsible for customer service, running reports, and a variety of bookkeeping tasks, such as financial transactions, reconciling statements, and invoicing. The ability to multitask and efficiently manage time is crucial as well as being self-motivated. A positive attitude is essential in dealing with concerns and being a productive team member. Strong computer skills are required, focusing on data entry and bookkeeping programs.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years of office administration experience required.

Hands on experience in Accounts Payable in a Manufacturing environment.

Processes monthly invoice/statement requests.

Experience with downloading credit card activity.

Experience in matching AP documentation.

Credit card reconciliation.

Processes invoices.

Experience in processing AP checks

Understanding of General ledger accounts.

Scanning and Filing.

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

MAS/Sage software knowledge preferred.

Other administrative duties as requested.

Type 40+ Words per-minute.

Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Detailed oriented.

Ethical and professional conduct.

Strong work ethic.

Adaptability to a changing business environment with a willingness to accept new responsibilities.
