Small local office in Caldwell is seeking a customer service/sales associate.

Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred, not required.

Greet customers as they walk in or call in to the office.

Operate telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing

information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.

Manages calendars, coordinates schedules via phone and email,

confirms appointments, handles re-schedules and cancellations to ensure efficient daily operations and positive client experience.

Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and

purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.

File and maintain records.

Must be well organized and have attention to detail.

Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining

information files and processing paperwork.

Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and

software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.

Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This

includes serving customers who may be anxious or have difficulty hearing.
